REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Refunds:
Natural Harvest does not issue refunds. All sales are final.

Replacement:
We replace seeds that have failed to germinate to customers in eligible states at our discretion, but we ask that you use the recommended germination method (see germination guide).

We recommend that you buy 20% more seeds than you plan to grow. A 80% germination rate is reasonable and expected, and we will not replace seeds if your germination rate was greater than 80%. 

Customers in the following states are not eligible for replacements: Idaho; Wyoming, Kansas, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Nebraska, Florida.

Germination issues must be submitted to Natural Harvest within 60 days of purchase. 

Natural Harvest reserves the right to issue store credits for seeds that require replacement due to genuine issues. Store credits are calculated based on the price of the seeds at the
time of purchase. Freebies, Bulk/White Label seeds, and Gas Reaper seeds are not eligible for replacements.

Fat Cat Labs purchases made after 8/01/23 are not eligible for replacements.

We do our best to ensure successful germination and delivery of your orders. Germination and other issues can and do happen, and we are here to help in any way we can. We only work with breeders who stand behind their product, and whom we trust, so if a genuine issue occurs, we are happy to replace the seeds for you. As of 08/01/2023 all replacements will come in the form of a gift card for store credit to our website so you can pick out exactly what you would like. Replacement credits are calculated based on the price of the seed(s) at time of purchase.

We recommend that you follow our germination guide when germinating seeds, and that you allow 7-10 days for the seeds to germinate before contacting us. We only issue store credit for seed replacements if you follow breeder protocol.   Germination is a very delicate process and can easily go wrong at no fault of the seed or the breeder. It’s advised to buy and germinate 20% more seeds than you want to grow. This margin of error is within the realm of what we feel is reasonable to expect for germination rates.

We reserve the right to issue replacements for seeds. If you are consistently having germination issues across a wide range of breeders and strains, it is almost certainly not the seed’s fault. 

We only consider requests for seed replacement that are made within 60 days of purchase.  Due to the unknown conditions of the seeds after they leave our store, we are unable to issue replacement credit for seeds made after 60 days from purchase.
