understand that receiving your order promptly and safely is important
to you, so we’ve outlined our shipping policies below. Please read
carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Regions:
We currently ship seeds within the United States.
International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Methods:
We offer USPS Ground shipping. The estimated delivery time for shipping is 3-5 business days within the continental US (HI and AK take additional time). We use a flat rate for shipping costs that are calculated at checkout of your order.
Processing Times:
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt. Please note that during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Packaging:
Your seeds will be carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within
7 days of receipt and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
Additional Notes:
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Order tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
